Delivery Policy

Physical products

In most cases, we will ship all products which are in stock if your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 3pm Monday to Friday or at the weekend, we will ship your order the next working day.

We make every effort to ensure that our site has correct product availibility information. If you order an items which is currently not in stock we will inform you of the planned delivery date by email; you may cancel your order at this point.

If the delivery address is outside the UK then you may be responsible for import or sales taxes and you are solely responsible for paying these fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before you place an order. Please note that any orders may be subject to opening and searching by your local customers officers.

Digital delivery products

Where possible, we will ship all in-stock, downloadable products or their license keys within five minutes of recepit of payment of your order. Some products require we supply your user details before they will generate your product license and in this case, we will request your license key within ten minutes of recept of payment of your order. License generation times vary between vendors but, generally, you will receive your license within three working days.

Where possible, we will deliver a fully functional, time limited version of the product you have purchased by email as soon as we receive your order. This software will provide you with full product functionality until we are able to provide your license.

Returns Policy

Physical products

Please read this policy carefully before attempting to return any items. Any items we receive without a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender at their expense.

If items are found to be working when returned to us, you will be charged a delivery fee for their return to you.

Any product warranty will be voided if the returned product has been tampered with in any way (if it has been opened for example).

In order to receive an RMA number, please contact our customer services department stating the issue you are having.

Returns within 14 days

You are permitted to receive a full refund, subject to a restocking fee, if you return the product in an "as new" condition.

Any missing items, damage to the product or its packaging (including writing on the box) may prevent us issuing a refund.

Boxed software will only be returned if it has not been opened.

Returns within warranty period

Products which develop a fault during their warranty period may be returned to us for replacent by the manufacturer. All products will be tested by us and returned only if yound to be faulty and have not been tampered with.

Digital delivery products

If unused, license keys can be returned for a full refund.

Used keys can only be refunded at the descression of the issuing software vendor.
