Currency

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.

Value-Added Tax

IXCG Limited is based in the UK and VAT of 17.5% applies to all orders for customers in the UK and the European Union.

Customers outside the European Union are not charged VAT.

Delivery charges

Prices listed do not include delivery charges which are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Delivery prices are based on product weight, speed of delivery and destination.

Delivery costs do not apply to non-physical goods such as software downloads.

Customs charges

Prices listed do not include customs charges which are the sole responsability of the customer.

Download Products

Software Downloads

Software downloads are available for twelve months after the completion of a purchase and may be accessed via the "My Orders" screen. Software may be downloaded as many times as required.

License Keys

License keys are emailed to a customer within five working days of order completion.

Delivery Details

Delivery within Europe

Deliveries within Europe are sent via road and take 1-3 days to arrive.

Global Deviveries

Deliveries to the rest of the world are sent via surface mail and take up to 1 week to arrive.
